Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all Foxwood tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
